Guest Conduct & Liability

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, staff, and the property at all times, and the hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of behaviour deemed disruptive, unlawful, or harmful. Guests accept liability for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged accordingly. Sparrows Suite & Resorts With Mountain View accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless directly attributable to the negligence of the hotel.
