Sparrows Suite & Resorts With Mountain View accepts payment via the methods displayed at the time of booking or at the front desk, and full payment or a pre-authorisation may be required upon or prior to arrival depending on the rate plan selected. Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including any additional services or incidentals, which will be settled in full at or before check-out. The hotel reserves the right to place a security pre-authorisation hold on the provided payment method, which will be released subject to the policies of the guest's financial institution.
